How do I find out about specials offers from Sexe?

What types of credit cards do you accept?
Sexe accepts most major credit cards issues from US banks including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

When will my credit card be charged?
In most cases, your order is processed and your credit card will be authorized within 24-hours of when you placed your order. Orders generally ship the next business business days. In the event your order contains a product which is not immediately available, you will be notified in advance.

Will Sexe appear on my credit card statement?
To protect your privacy, the label "S Gifts" will appear on your credit card statements.

I'm not comfortable ordering on the Internet. How else can I buy your products?
If you prefer to place your order by phone, please contact our Customer Support department at 407-574-5447 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time. Our Customer Support agents can assist you in placing your order as well as accommodating any special needs or requests you may have.

I don't have a credit card or my credit card was declined. Can I pay by check or money order?

Will I have to pay sales tax?
Sexe charges sales tax for customers in several states. If your order is to one of these states, sales tax will be automatically calculated during the checkout process and before you submit your order.

How quickly will you ship my order?
SHIPPING TIME: Orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) after the order is placed and will mailed within 3-6 Business Days from the time the order was completed. This DOES NOT mean we guarantee the parcel will be delivered within this time. Time from placing your order until it arrives is as follows:

All in-stock items are shipped with 24-48 hours.  Items not in stock will be shipped with 3-6 business days. 

BACK ORDERS: We order in your non-stock items from our manufacturers. We ship non-stock items upon receipt and they are shipped within 24 hours.  In the event item that you ordered is on backorder from one of our manufacturers, we will notify you and still ship the item if it will be available within 60 days of your order being placed. If the item is on backorder for more than 60 days, we will cancel that item from your order.

Any items not shipped within 60 days of order placement will automatically be cancelled.  All orders are filled or cancelled within 60 days of order placement.

Sexe is known for our very large selection of lingerie, costumes, exotic dancewear, swimwear and footwear. However, we DO NOT anyways have all items in stock.

If you order both In-Stock, and Non-Stock items, we will generally ship your In-Stock and ship your Non-Stock items separately once they are available (there is no additional shipping cost for this). We do not ship partial shipments under $25.

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser, please refer to international shipping rates for shipping costs

Where do you ship to and where do you not ship to?
Sexe ships directly to all 50 States and internationally through our partner, International Checkout, please refer to international shipping rates for shipping costs.

Sexe does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Does Sexe offer Free Shipping?
For a limited time, Sexe is offering Free Shipping on all purchases over $99. To qualify, orders include at least $99 in merchandise before tax or shipping charges. Free Shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the United States.

Can you ship to military bases?
Unfortunately due to heightened security measures, Sexe can not longer ship to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Does someone need to sign for my delivery?
In general a signature is not required for your delivery.

How discreet is the package once it arrives at my door?
Our packaging is very elegant, yet discreet and ships in a plain box. Only the name "S Gifts" appears on the outside package.

Do you have express shipping available?
Yes. Priority 2-day shipping is avaliable for $19.99 and next day shipping for $39.99. Please be aware, orders received after 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the following business day and the following Monday if placed on a weekend. If you need to expidite an order, please contact our Customer Support department at M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm (EST) at 407-574-5447.

How will my products be packaged?
All Sexe products are packaged in designer-style boxes and wrapped in tissue paper. Our shipping boxes are plain white or brown and arrive marked only as "S Gifts".

Does Sexe offer any gift wrapping?
At this time Gift Wrapping services are not available. However, all Sexe products are packaged in white designer-style boxes and wrapped with pink tissue paper and are gift-ready. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to flag your order as a gift in which case no payment or costs information will be included with the order.

If you are purchasing a gift, we suggest you consider building a Sexe Lovekit. All lovekits are hand-packaged in a designer box and include a free pink or red boa.

My product is not here yet, what can I do?
Orders generally ship within 24-48 business hours from the time of order and and should be received within 7 business days. Tracking information will be email as soon as your order is processed and shipped.  If you do not have your tracking number, please contact our Customer Support department.

Backorders can delay shipping. However, if a product is backordered you will be notified with an estimated time of arrival. In the case of a backorder, credit cards are not charged until the backorder ships.

Can I pickup my order via will call?
All orders must be shipped. Our warehouse does not accept walk-in or will-call orders.

If you have a special need regarding your orders shipping, please contact our Customer Support department M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm (EST) and let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. All orders are shipped discretely in plain boxes to maintain your privacy.

Do you ship COD?
No we do not ship COD.

How do I care for my toys?
It's very important that you clean your toys before and after each use so they stay fresh and sparkling for your next date. When cleaning your toys, dampen a cloth with either a gentle toy cleaner, rubbing alcohol or soapy water, and wipe gently. Never submerge your toys in water, unless of course, they're from our waterproof collection.

Can I use my toy in the bath?
Our Waterproof collection of vibrators are meant for safe use in the bath, although you should always make sure that the battery case is closed tightly before use to avoid any leakage into the case that might damage the batteries. In the case of non-waterproof, battery powered vibrators, you should take extreme care not to let them get wet. Never, ever use a vibrator with an electric cord (AC cord) near water.

How do I know if my toy is waterproof?
All of our Waterproof Toys can be found in the"Waterproof" category.
In addition, each our product descriptions will note if a toy if Waterproof.

What kind of lubricant should I use with my toys?
Our water-based lubricants are safe to use on all of our toys. If you are using a silicon based toy, be certain not use silicon lubricant as the lubricant will damage the toy. Water-based lubricants are safe to use on Silicon toys.

How do I know if my toy contains latex and/or silicone?
If a toy contains latex, it will be clearly marked on the toy's product page on the website.
All toys made from medical grade silicone are clearly marked as well in the toy description.

How long will my batteries last?
Well, first of all, it depends how often you use your new toy! To help your batteries last longer, store them outside of your toy when it's not in use. The batteries will be less likely to corrode, and your toy won't get "turned on" when you don't want it to. Also, never submerge non-waterproof toys in water!

Are your products safe?
All of our products are inspected and tested for safety and quality. As long as they are used properly for their intended purpose, all of our products are safe. If you are easily prone to yeast infections or are very sensitive to skin reactions, we recommend caution when using any of our products. We also strongly recommend that all electric products such as vibrators should be opened and checked for battery leakage before each usage.

Any other basics I should know about toys?
We highly recommend that you do not share your toys, either with a friend or a lover and use extreme precautions to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. If you decide to engage in anal play, never, ever use the same toy anally, then vaginally, in order to avoid any chance of infection. We also recommend that you only use toys designed for anal play - ones with a flared base.

Never use any sex toys or body products on an infected or irritated body part.

Also, never use any massagers - including our toys - on unexplained calf pain. We know, it sounds weird, but it's one of "the rules of personal massagers" that we think you should know.

Are Sexe's body products tested on animals?

No, none of our body products have been tested on animals. We wouldn't put anything on our furry friends that we wouldn't put on ourselves.

How do I care for my lingerie?
There are care instructions sewn into each piece of our lingerie. Have more questions? Feel free to email questions to our customer support department.

How is your lingerie sized?
Sexe comes in all sizes, so we offer a range of sizes in our frisky, flirty lingerie collection - from petite to full-figured. Need help figuring out which size you are? Refer to our size chart.

What kind of warranty do your products carry?
We stand behind everything we sell. All of our products carry a 30 day guarantee so long as the item remains unused. If any of the merchandise you order appears defective within the first 30 days, please contact Customer Support for a return instructions. Once the product is returned to us, you will receive either an exact replacement, a replacement of equal value, a gift certificate or a complete refund. Please note that we do not accept returns on any merchandise that has been used or worn. This includes lingerie, which should only be "tried on" over clothing.

I need to return my product. Where do I send it?
Before returning a product, contact our Customer Support department for a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions. You must have a RMA number to send a return regardless of the reason.

Who pays shipping if I return my order?
In the event you received a defective product or the wrong product, we will cover shipping fees. If you are returning a product that you dislike or do not want, you will be responsible for shipping.

How soon will I get a get a refund, gift certificate or exchange after I return my product?
Refunds are processed within 72 hours after a return is received (except if received on Fri-Sat). Exchanges are shipped within 24 -48 hours after return is received (except if received on Fri-Sat).

Is ordering through your website secure?
Our website employs state of the art technologies to maintain your privacy and security. This includes using SSL encryption, the highest form of encryption security. If you feel more comfortable ordering by phone and/or mailing a check or money order, contact our Customer Support department for instructions.

Do you collect consumer data during web site visits?
Because of the nature of our business and being on the Internet, we are extremely careful when it comes to data. When you place an order or sign up for our eclub, we will collect contact and billing information including your name, address, email address and phone number. This information is used only by Sexe and is not sold or given to third parties. Sensitive data, which includes your credit card information, is safe and secure due to the type of encrypting and technology we use. In addition, when you use view or use our website, we may receive and retain various types of information. We automatically receive and store your IP address. We may also obtain and collect information pertaining to the pages you visit on this website, the goods and/or services you review and/or purchase, and other anonymous information. This information is also safe and secure and is used only for technical monitoring and internal marketing purposes.

What if I don't want any email or postal mail sent to me?
When you place an order you will automatically receive emails related to your order as well as having the opportunity to join our newsletter email list. Occasionally, we may also send out periodic product catalogues to our customer database. To unsubscribe from our newsletter and/or product catalogue deliveries, please notify us at customersupport@thesexespot.com.

Will I receive marketing phone calls after I order?
No, we do not do any telemarketing. The only reason we will call you is in regards to your existing order and usually only in the event we are unable to reach you through email first.
Please also be sure to review our full privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy (the ““Policy””) is effective as of 03.25.05 . We may ammend or modify this policy from time to time, at our discretion, and will promptly post any such changes on this website.
